怎樣跟房客交涉能讓其在合同結束時準時走人？

我幾天前寫信問房客她是否找到房子。她不回。然後我打電話，她比較客氣，說她正在找，還告訴我說don't worry。我今天給她一個follow up。說我 desperately need this condo by the end of the lease。

 

下面是她給我的回信。我該怎麼給她回？

Thanks for explaining your situation. I understand your frustration. 

I'm looking for a place to live now. 

As you know, the rent fee  has gone up and it's not easy to find a right one right away. 

As I told you before, I'm a single mom and I work 60 hours a week to live with my son. The father of my son doesn't  support him at all so I have to do everything on my own. 

I cannot ask anybody to help. My mom passed away before my son was born and my dad just passed away last December...

I wish I had a lot of money so I can move right away since there are many good places around here..

But as you would know, I've never missed my paying of the rent, I'm doing my best. 

I haven't assured you that the condo would be available on the next day of the lease ends; I said I'll do my best finding a new place and let you know as soon as I do so. 

However, that doesn't mean I intend to stay longer. 

Right now, I'm searching and seeing places so please be patient with me.
