请教各位房懂专家，Basement 装修以后，关于申请 Permit 的问题。

具体情况是 Basement 已经整个装修完毕了，有一个 Full Bath 和 Bar 。但没有申请 Permit 。

（1）。不申请 Permit 会有什么问题？比如：

    - Will Township impose some fine for the finished basement without the permit?
    - Will insurance company cover the damages in case of any accident (fire, flood, etc.) happens in the finished basement and the house?

（2）。申请 Permit ，又会有什么问题？
