保罗论灵肉二律挣扎，到最后是如何脱离罪的律的呢?
我真是苦啊! 这趋死的身体。怎么办? 靠着主钉死肉体! 背起十字架!
罗马书 - 第 6 章 第 17 节
感谢神，因为你们从前虽然作罪的奴仆，现今却从心里顺服了所传给你们道理的模范。
罗马书 - 第 7 章 第 25 节
感谢神，靠着我们的主耶稣基督就能脱离了这样看来，我以内心顺服神的律。我肉体却顺服罪的律了。

这样，怎么说呢？我们可以仍在罪中，叫恩典显多吗？
1. What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase?
断乎不可。我们在罪上死了的人，岂可仍在罪中活着呢？ By no means! We died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?
岂不知我们这受洗归入基督耶稣的人，是受洗归入他的死吗？Or don't you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?
所以，我们借着洗礼归入死，和他一同埋葬，原是叫我们一举一动有新生的样式，像基督借着父的荣耀从死里复活一样。We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life。
6. 因为知道我们的旧人和他同钉十字架，使罪身灭绝，叫我们不再作罪的奴仆。
6. For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin--
7. 因为已死的人，是脱离了罪。
7. because anyone who has died has been freed from sin.
8. 我们若是与基督同死，就信必与他同活。8. Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him.
9. 因为知道基督既从死里复活，就不再死，死也不再作他的主了。
9. For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, he cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him.
肉体已死的人，脱离的是不再继续犯罪了! 如果信徒继续犯罪，说明没有完全钉死肉体! 所以要时时钉死肉体，谨慎忍耐地持守信耶稣，靠耶稣，忠心于耶稣!
钉死肉体，才有新生(重生)!，才有圣灵的更新! 肉体死去吧! 莫要脱累灵魂。肉体死，灵魂才活，不但重生，而且死后复活!
我们在罪上死了的人，岂可仍在罪中活着吗? 让恩典显多吗? 断乎不可!! 对应约一3:9中的"他也不能犯罪，因为他是由神生的* 。
