【摘要】自我與社會認可量表最初是在西方語境下發展起來的,其靈感來源於阿克塞爾·霍耐特的認可理論,用於測量個體在特定社會環境中從自身和他人獲得的認可。然而,目前尚無中文版。本研究旨在評估中文版自我與社會認可量表的心理測量特性,並考察在考慮經濟約束和邊緣化影響的情況下,自我與社會認可與中國青年人幸福感和職業發展之間的聯繫。本研究於2022年10月至11月在香港進行了一項橫斷面調查,涉及1016名18至29歲的大學生。探索性和驗證性因子分析支持自我與社會認可量表的三因子11條目結構。研究結果將自我與社會認可與自我判斷區分開來。量表表現出令人滿意的內部一致性。總體而言,這些量表的中文版展現出良好的心理測量學特性,支持其未來在中國情境中的應用。此外,本研究結果還揭示了自我認知和社會認知在解釋經濟制約和邊緣化如何影響青年人幸福感和職業發展的結構方程模型中所起的中介作用。本研究結果表明,在職業支持服務中運用自我認知和社會認知,有可能減輕情境制約因素對青年人幸福感和職業發展的負面影響。

[Abstract] Informed by Axel Honneth’s recognition theory, the Self- and Social Recognition Scales were initially developed in Western contexts to measure the acknowledgment individuals receive from themselves and others within a specific society. However, there is no Chinese version of these scales. This study aims to assess the psychometric properties of the Chinese version of the Self- and Social Recognition Scales and examine the links of self- and social recognition with the well-being and career development of Chinese young adults, considering the influence of economic constraints and marginalization. A cross-sectional survey was conducted in Hong Kong from October to November 2022, involving 1,016 university students aged 18–29. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses supported a three-factor-11-item structure for the Self- and Social Recognition Scales. The findings distinguished self- and social recognition from self-judgment. The scales exhibited satisfactory internal consistency. Overall, the Chinese version of these scales displayed adequate psychometric properties, supporting their future use in Chinese contexts. Moreover, the findings of this study demonstrated the mediating roles played by self- and social recognition in a structural equation model explaining how economic constraints and marginalization influence young adults’ well-being and career development. The findings of this study suggested the potential for utilizing self- and social recognition in career support services to mitigate the adverse effects of contextual constraints on the well-being and career development of young adults.
