You can't answer why Europe had emerged such great numbers of scientists, artist, thinkers, philosophers,.. in such short period of time when their societies were still under the rules of emperors or dictatorships. And just opposite of most people's logic, the end of those emperors or dictatorships in Europe was the result of the culture advance, not another way around.
