Creativity of a human being depends mainly on 5 elements, and non of them has anything to do with which language being used.

These 5 elements are:

1. the economic base of a human being, that is, the base from which he derives his basic necessity of living, that is, his necessity for eating, clothing and logging. His family will be in hunger if he  is unable to bring any bread home due to his absence from job. In such a condition, a human is basically fighting for his survival just like any other animals, how can you expect him to have any innovative ideas? 

2. the fairness and equality of the society he lives in.

3. the freedom of thinking and speech. How could he invent anything or propose anything new if he can be prisoned or jailed simply due to his voice of his opinion about the truth of things, such as, the Earth is actually rotating around the Sun? 

4. his curiosity to know the nature and the things around him.

5. his perseverance in pursuing for truth driven by his curiosity.
