I do more disagree with you. But I have a much simpler solution:
1. LET PEOPLE GET INVOLVED IN SETTING THE LAWS AND TERMS OF PUNISHMENT: 2. RESPECT THE LAW: Once people elected and set the laws, everyone should and must obey, which must begins with the top most government officials. The consequence of violation is punishment: banned from taking any office for life, exile (no death penalty) for extended period of time, strip all wealth and possessions. The rest will follow. |
