most of them start to research at over 30 years; that is not 技術和學術功底稍遜. It is because of lost of time. From common sense of judgement, 77 and 78 should be better than any year, since they were selected from draduates within10 years.
We can not say that we are better than Gauss since we know more than what he did. |
