Anyone who says 政府比任何人都更希望國富民強 is either an idiot, or a hired gun.
Yah, right. You can substitute 中國政府 with almost any emperor. Most importantly, that is a government you can't vote for or against. When you realize that it wants power more than 國富民強 like any other emperor, you can't vote it out. So, where is "four modernization" by 2000? I am sure that 中國政府 wanted it badly too. |
