I am writing to you because you are the Chairman of the Nobel Committee for Physics. From the announcement of 2017, I note there are important errors that I must report to you and hope that you would correct them. I think that it is the wish of Mr. Nobel that the announcement of your committee must be as accurate as possible that the world must not be misinformed.

In the announcement, it was declared that the three physicists have verified the existence of the gravitational waves predicted by Einstein. However, this is not an accurate statement of facts. Although Einstein was the first who raised the issue of the gravitational waves, he is not the one who predicted its existence. In fact, Einstein was also the first who discovered that his equation does not produce the gravitational wave. Einstein and Rosen has written a paper [1] on the subject of the non-existence of the gravitational wave. Subsequently, Einstein [2] also informed his friend, Born on the nonexistence of the gravitational wave.

Moreover, Einstein concluded his talk on gravitational waves at Princeton University by saying [3] “If you ask me whether there are gravitational waves or not, I must answer that I do not know. But it is a highly interesting problem.” Thus, Einstein's last words on this subject were that "I do not know." So, it is clear that Einstein did  not make any prediction on the existence of the gravitational wave although he started such an issue.

On the other hand, in 2006 I wrote two papers on the existence of gravitational waves and the issue of photons [4, 5]. Thus, I have become, in fact, the first to predict the existence of gravitational waves. So, if the experiments confirm the existence of gravitational wave, they actually confirm my prediction. I am very surprised that the Nobel Committee for Physics was not aware of the above facts.
