我投篇稿件到 Physics Letters A 的數學物理section，編輯不送外審，自己審了3-4個禮拜就直接退了。我覺得審稿意見很 funny，我曾諮詢 Physical Review E 的 Board member，他也覺得很 strange。大家幫我分析一下，是真心建議還是挖苦。

Dear Dr xxxxxxxxx,

This is a short technical note, which has no need of RAPID PUBLICATION, so why a LETTERS journal?  It is reflective but not urgent.

This paper should be submitted to a standard mathematics/mathematical physics journal and NOT to a GENERAL physics journal such as this. 

I must therefore REJECT your paper.
