Dear Zheng,
I am sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the service you received during a recent visit to your local Office Depot store. When you enter one of our stores you are our guest, and as such are entitled to be greeted by knowledgeable employees who are willing and eager to assist you. From your comments, it appears that this is not the level of service that you received, and we regret disappointing you. 

I have contacted our Store Manager at that location. I know that he will appreciate the opportunity to address this and ensure that your future visits to our store are much more pleasant. We have requested that you be contacted within the next twenty-four to forty-eight hours.
