近来，从Local 报纸上看到附近各校高中毕业典礼新闻。一篇有关TJ 的毕业典礼文章入眼。（Tomas Jefferson high school for science & technology 现亚裔占学生总人数的53.94%。）
  校长发言中一段：I observed that success  comes from happiness, and that the only wrong way to achieve it is by harming others. 
    还有另一段，UVA 校长Teresa Sullivan addressed to the all : Compare the students' beginning journey to that of Lewis and Clark. (美国西域开创先锋)In each case, she said, " preparation has been key. "
    She urged students to seek out opportunities in the coming years and take part in " lateral learning, " exploring many disciples, and further advised students to " get to know people different from you, "  She recalled Ralph Waldo Emerson 's ( 美国最著名的诗人及教育家之一）observation that " the force of character is cumulative.＂

        这些话语我个人认为值得华人家长们思考。
