any gene encoded speific region of one protein funtional and functional regulated motifs should be predicated

1) the homology of the sequence inside functional motifs is higher than non-functional ones;

2) DNA used regular codes and non-balance coding strategy to keep such high homology for functional motifs distrituting between various co-proteins and/or different species;

3) we called written-down mechnism of genomics predictability instead of selection
