【注】西園歷史街區2000年12月20日宣告成立，屬於伯爵城最新地區，並於2001年2月21日獲得賓夕法尼亞州歷史和博物館委員會(PHMC)的認證，不僅是第一個在市中心外的歷史街區，而且還是伯爵城第一座城市公園——西園公園所在地，雕塑《第一批捍衛者》用以紀念美國南北戰爭中賓州伯爵城伯爵步兵團官兵愛國主義和勇氣，他們與賓州民兵其他四個連隊於1861年4月18日趕赴華盛頓保衛首府並成為第一批捍衛者。

西園歷史街區的房屋被譽為殖民復興和安妮(意指“被神眷顧”)女王風格的典範。
