我服役的时候，美国海军舰艇上海没有自助洗衣房。我们倒是有一个经常会毁了你制服的洗衣房（人工？）。现在的航母上是有自助洗衣房了。

我从来没见过调动飞机时，美国海军的蓝衫（Flight deck crew）们跨立站在旁边。照片里的PLAN水兵经常列队队站在一起，或是走路成队，在我这个老水兵看来非常不自然。给人的感觉就是非常的僵硬..非常守纪律。

我不喜欢船内的吊顶，这是个安全隐患。各种各样的导线和管道都被藏到了吊顶内。如果船内起火，消防队还要把吊顶拿掉才能灭火。这只会阻碍消防队员，给灭火增加困难。

船徽很棒。船看起来非常干净，非常新。

A couple of comments on the PLAN CV photos..

USN ships did not have laundromats when I served. Oh we did have a laundry that could really jack up your uniforms. Now-a-days I know carriers have laundromats for the crew.

I've never seen USN blue shirts standing at parade rest while moving an aircraft. PLAN sailors are often pictured standing in ranks and marching around in circumstances that to my old sailor eyes just don't look natural. The PLAN sailors seem to be very stiff..and disciplined.

I do not like all those false overheads(celings) That's a recipe for disaster. There's all sorts of wiring and vents etc under that overhead. If there is a fire up there the firefighters will have to pull all that overhead down to fight the fire. This would delay the firefighting and make the fire fighters efforts more difficult.

and the ships seal looks great. The ship looks very clean and pristine.
