Dear Musica Plenti Members:
Since the Sichuan EarthQuake half a year ago, the stories of heroes sacrifying their lives to save others, the courages and wills of survivors, the helps from hundreds of thousands of volunteers have greatly moved the Chinese people all over the world. Today, after watching the video of your performance and hearing your singing of the song, "God Bless Our Homeland", my eyes again were full of tears.
I don't know how long and how difficult for you to learn and practise the song, especially in the lyrics in Chinese, but I know for sure that every word of your singing has the power to melt the hearts of millions. While you sang for the humanity that gloried after the Earthquake, your singing itself was a presentation of the humanity from your hearts through your voices.
The Sichuan EarthQuake brought tremendous pains. In the same time, it has made many of us see a kinder and greater world. During those difficult times, I heard and saw many Americans like you who offered their comforts, cares, and supports. Those would be the best memories and assets to be cherished through our lives.
Your singing has shown how great and wonderful we are as humankind. And, I believe, it also lets those who lost their lives during the Earthquake know that they are still home and we all love them.
Sincerely,
BlueRiver(藍河)
