"信的人喝毒物必不受害",許多反基的網友用這句取笑基督徒不敢不願以身試藥,進而質疑基督徒的虛偽,進而質疑整個基督信仰.這其實是斷章取義造成的誤會.

這句話不是聖經的原話,但他源自聖經馬可福音16章18節,附在後面.當時,主復活後向他的門徒顯現,責備他們的不信,並交託他們往普下去遍傳福音,並告之門徒們信的結果,其中就有在第17節和第18節說:" 17 信的人必有神跡隨着他們，就是奉我的名趕鬼。說新方言。
18 手能拿蛇。若喝了什麼毒物，也必不受害。手按病人，病人就必好了。" 而網友們的那句結論是在第18節中,雖沒有遺漏"信的人"的這個主語,但去忘記了"奉我的名"這四個關鍵字所代表的條件.

看一下英文的標點,在羅列"趕鬼","說新方言","手能拿蛇",等神跡奇事的時候,都是用的分號,比如NIV版本是這樣:""17 And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues;
18 they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.".

又比如KING JAMES是這樣: 17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

可見,關鍵不是在神跡本身,而是在於行神跡的條件:1)是否是信的人; 2)是否是在主耶穌的名里. 首先"信的人"這個概念也是很富有空間的,因為各人信的深度,單純度,和真實對神的經歷都不同,有是否小信的講究,甚至有真信假信的區別.這些,都會造成他們行事效果,包括傳福音的遭遇的差異.

其次還有是否是在"主的名里"的問題.一個信徒做事,完全有可能是不在主耶穌的名里的.儘管他或她自己可能非常願意,儘管他或她可能把自己也妄想欺騙了,以為自己真的是在主的名里.

實際上,現實生活中,基督徒的生活,行事為人,不完全在於世人眼中那種轟轟烈烈的神跡奇事,而更多的在於對主一點一滴的實際經歷;不在於一定要行異能講方言,而在於詩篇23章所描述的"一生一世必有恩惠慈愛隨着我". 基督徒,沒有與主的經歷,就很難在主的名里,沒有在主的名里,就沒有在主名里的神跡奇事.

所以,一方面盼望反基的網友們不要拿這句話繼續誤解我們了.另一方面,也盼望弟兄姐妹們不要盲目追求轟轟烈烈,先老老實實感受主的恩惠慈愛吧.你若愛他,對他有所經歷,需要你的時候,我猜啊,主會呼召的,到時候,你只需說:主,請你差遣.

馬可福音第十四章:

14 後來，十一個門徒坐席的時候，耶穌向他們顯現，責備他們不信，心裡剛硬。因為他們不信那些在他復活以後看見他的人。

Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it.
