As human, it's a nature desire to be free, and independent.

As individuals, we are all fighting for freedom and independence in our worldly journey, at least in the concern of finance,politics and religion.

But remember, there is no such thing as freedom, or absolute freedom.

At the ultimate, it's only a matter of degree of freedom.

In physics, there is a bell's theorem describing the foundemental correlation in particles. It states, if a particle was broken into two and the new particles are separated by light years away, when the properties of one particle alter,you will also see changes to the other one. Do you believe that? Yes, you should. Regarding the cosmos as a whole, if information is conserved, the change at one place must have response at other places.

When we seek Freedom to do something, we are elevating our degree of freedom, either phyically or spiritually. How about the reverse process? If we have the freedom to do something, can we also have the freedom to de-free a particular freedom we don't want anymore? For instance, at a time, people might seek sex freedom or sex liberation. But once you have it, you may find youself in an odd position, that is to say, you might be bounded to free sex and find youself difficult to de-free it. This is universally true, either for our socity or individuals. Then, by gaining more degrees of freedom, do we really have more freedom?

A real lofty freedom would be: you have the freedom to access something you desire, and you also have the freedom to truly de-free it. I think, one can only gain the capacity for the late situation, under the help of an outside helper, an religous force, the holy spirit, believe it or not!
