A well-known Saint Mary parish preacher has bonded out of jail after being arrested on incest charges. James Piper was arrested by sheriff's deputies in Iberville parish where he lives. He's accused of molesting his daughter over a four-year period. His wife Joyce has also been arrested for allegedly helping to cover up the crime. James Piper preaches at Zion AME Church in Patterson. |
