故里

原以為告別故里，

最後只剩下回憶。

可曾想，

外婆的故事裡，

滿是玄幻和正義。

母親的偶然一語，

透着閃光的哲理。

父親不經意的感慨嘆息，

卻是我畏縮時的鼓勵。

和他人的交往遊歷，

也是共同成長的階梯。

彼時嬉戲的巷裡，

成難以想象的福地，

一山一泥一川一溪，

這些後來都變成，

我的路線和底氣，

流淌在血液里，

在言談舉止間洋溢，

什麼都沒有離去。

後來才知道，

其實無論走到哪裡，

有我在的地方即是故里。

漂泊和尋覓，

不過是找到自我前的序曲..

Homeland

I once thought leaving home

Meant leaving only memories behind.

Yet who would have known?

In Grandma’s tales,

Magic and justice entwined.

A casual word from Mother

Shined with a philosophical light.

Father’s passing sighs

Became my strength when gripped by fright.

The bonds made on my journeys, too,

Were steps where we together grew.

The alleys where we used to play,

A blessed land in every way.

Every mountain, river, stone, and stream—

Have now become my compass and my stride,

Flowing through my veins,

Shining in my laughter and my pride.

Nothing has truly faded away.

Only now do I see: No matter how far I roam,

Wherever I stand, there is my home.

The wandering and the searching through the years

Were but the prelude to finding who I am.
