Dear BestWishes, I wonder which lecture of Lang you listened to. Can you show some references? My understanding of Lang's criticism is that Chinese government trust too much in "freedom of economic" so that they lose the control of bubbles. Lang insists that Chinese government should make some "plans" that can balance the economics.
