The first verse: The Moonlight Shone over my bed,
The second verse: As if a frost covered the Mead. The third verse: Looking upon the "Mountainous Moon," The fouth verse: I was suddenly touched by the hometown sadness. P.S. (1) The translation of poetry cannot be made word by word. (2) The third verse, "Mountainous Moon" suggests the author may live in a wilderness village other than a populous town. |
