I replayed the video I recorded on the afternoon of September 22, 2021. The
thin face slim build black young man and a short fat black young woman came
over to the iron gate of this building then and I talked to them for about
five minutes. The black man was saying they came from the INFAMOUS NYC-WELL
and to check the wellfare of me and my wife just for minutes. I said on this
post it is INFAMOUS because I had called NYC-WELL many times before due to
my psychiatric wife Li Li. The whole SYSTEM never cares in any real sense,
so the NYC-WELL falls into the same category. For instance, after tens of
minutes of talk over the phone, that NYC WELL woman (sounded like a white
woman) DETERMINED that she can NOT understand what I say!!!!!!!!!!!!!Just
like on Sept. 21, 2021, a really special day, when my immature young child
threated to desert the "home", I called 911, and a white-woman sound
DECLARED in the very beginning that she did NOT understand me and so she
needed an interpreter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Back to this young black man
reportedly from NYC WELL, he was meticulously saying NYC WELL is a short-
term service for a week or so but it can refer to long-term service. What
long-term service these two blacks brought soon? POLICE FROM PRECINCT 109.
Let me tell again only a little out of a ton about PRECINCT 109: On August
31, 2020, I came to Precinct 109 to report about the premediated and
coordinated murder-attempts first from the former employer B.Q. Wide Auto
Body Parts Supply, Inc. and then the two medical clinics (New York Medical &
Diagnostic Center; New York City Medical and Neurological Offices) referred
by the Jewish law firm Bengal, Cohen & Falconetti, LLC which claims to be
specialized on workers' compensation! A young black woman not in police
uniform finally opened the window and talked to me, and within SECONDS this
kind of "JUDGE" or "DISTRICT ATTORNEY" surrogate-like declares "there is NO
EVIDENCE". Then this black woman police in plain clothes came to the
entrance front and video-taped me with her phone and talked to me as if I
were a psychopath. A couple of male police in uniform threatened me by
claiming that I WAS TRESPASSING while I was approaching the PRECINCT 109 for
another attempt on the SYSTEM for the BEGINNING OF JUSTICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Later on the afternoon of Sept 22, 2021, the police professionally unlocked
the iron gate, just like the METICULOUSLY TREACHEROUS LANDLORD Maurice Shiau
's compliance Handyman Mr. He did to the iron gate back in May 2021. Then
the police wanted to come into my apartment, namely just for a talk to make
sure on my wellfare, and my family's wellfare. My peaceful talks could not
make them leave. The police threated to break in. Then I came to the rental
place's backyard (136-09 59th Ave
, Flushing, NY 11355) to shout as loud as possible to anyone who wanted to
listen to! I shouted some of the FACTS, INFO, EXPLANATIONS, HOPES. Some
police came to the backyard area too. Then I came peacefully and calmly to
the street since police had all waited only on the building front and
streets. Two police out of so many and an EMS worker were peacefully meeting
and talking with me for minutes. They said to me they came here because the
previously-mentioned NYC-WELL blackman and blackwoman called for all of
these. I then generally asked them whether THOSE TWO BLACKS wanted to show
me POWER that THEY CAN MURDER an already tortured, and multiple-times murder
-attempted injury victim from desperation to death, through the police's
ARMS, by the proclamation of CARE?
