當日新增治癒出院病例474例，其中境外輸入病例11例，本土病例463例（上海379例，北京39例，廣東14例，吉林8例，河南8例，青海5例，浙江4例，山東2例，天津1例，湖南1例，廣西1例，重慶1例），解除醫學觀察的密切接觸者26317人，重症病例較前一日減少1例。

境外輸入現有確診病例203例（無重症病例），現有疑似病例1例。累計確診病例18521例，累計治癒出院病例18318例，無死亡病例。

截至5月23日24時，據31個省（自治區、直轄市）和新疆生產建設兵團報告，現有確診病例3956例（其中重症病例192例），累計治癒出院病例214308例，累計死亡病例5224例，累計報告確診病例223488例，現有疑似病例1例。累計追蹤到密切接觸者4017358人，尚在醫學觀察的密切接觸者229951人。
