when we see a very smart boy and we say this is a little Einstein,
it means
we thought this boy is as smart as Einstein never implied
this boy is re-incarnated of Einstein.

When Moses told Israelite
that God will send them a phrophet like Moses
it means a mediator to save them in a better way
never implied Moses will be re-incarnated as Jesus!
