1. Regarding the Claim That “Brother Ye Knew About This in 2013 but Only Spoke About It Now”
蔡 X 說法：葉弟兄告知他 2013 年就知道這事，起初不講是因要扶持 ZXX 工作，現在講是因為自己生病，“神也不許他這樣”，被對付了，才不得不說。
Cai X has stated that Brother Ye told him he already knew about the matter in 2013, but initially chose not to speak about it because he wanted to support ZXX’s work. According to this account, Brother Ye only began speaking about the matter after becoming ill, believing that God would no longer allow him to remain silent and that the Lord had dealt with him concerning the matter.

2、蔡 X 口口聲聲講生命，論生命，但是他對 ZXX 犯淫亂罪沒有感覺，這個是生命嗎？
Cai X repeatedly speaks about spiritual life and spiritual maturity. Yet if a person has little or no sense of the seriousness of alleged sexual immorality, we must honestly ask: Is this truly a manifestation of spiritual life?
3、葉弟兄生病蒙主光照是個人經歷，蔡 X 譏為“幼稚”，顯其對“生命經歷“無知。
Brother Ye’s illness and what he describes as the Lord’s illumination through that experience are part of his personal spiritual testimony. Cai X’s characterization of this experience as “childish” reflects a fundamentally different understanding of spiritual experience and the Lord’s dealing with His servants.
4、葉弟兄起初只私信 ZXX，未獲回應；ZXX 反而在訓練中藉倪弟兄名目為自己背書。
At first, Brother Ye contacted ZXX privately in an effort to address the matter, but received no response. According to Brother Ye, ZXX instead invoked the name and ministry of Brother Watchman Nee during training in an effort to defend or legitimize his own position.
5、因此，才發信給十餘位同工勸其停手。多數人被罵、被收買（封長老、地區使徒、帶頭姊妹，甚至 L 弟兄坦言靠 ZXX 發薪不敢作證），或持鴕鳥心態……。
It was only afterward that Brother Ye wrote to more than ten co-workers, urging them to stop participating in the matter. According to the information presented, many were subjected to criticism, financial or positional inducements, or other forms of pressure. Some were appointed as elders, regional workers, or leading sisters. Brother L reportedly even acknowledged that because he depended financially on ZXX, he was afraid to testify. Others simply chose not to face the matter.

For many years, Brother Ye says that he hoped ZXX would repent. Instead, according to his account, he witnessed what he regarded as an increasing exercise of control over the churches in Shanghai and elsewhere, together with the marginalization of those who expressed differing views. Brother Ye believes that Cai X participated in these matters and is now turning against those who have raised the concerns in order to protect his own position.
7、在蔡 X 的說話中，他已經承認 ZXX 有犯罪了。現在不要轉移目標，不顧這個犯罪的事實，反而過來攻擊講述事實的人。
In Cai X’s own statements, he appears to acknowledge that ZXX committed wrongdoing. The focus therefore should not be shifted away from the alleged misconduct itself and redirected toward attacking the person who has brought the matter to light.

二、關於“2017–2018 神還祝福上海，故 ZXX 無罪”

Using outward blessing to avoid addressing the underlying issue only creates confusion and shifts the focus away from the matter that needs to be examined. A lack of seriousness toward sin is inconsistent with biblical truth.

蔡 X 說法：葉弟兄 2003 年才來，2006 年才同聚；此前上海已有數位弟兄工作，且始於蔡 X 青浦小家；愛主者不必爭勞苦。

Before that, several brothers had already been laboring in Shanghai, beginning with the home gathering connected with Cai X in Qingpu. 蔡 X 說法：2018 出事，葉自己回台灣，我代你擺平；葉對外說“蔡叫我回去”不實。
Cai X has stated that when the situation arose in 2018, Brother Ye returned to Taiwan on his own, and that Cai X helped resolve the situation. He further claimed that Brother Ye’s statement that “Cai told me to go back” was untrue.

2、2019 年環境來時，葉弟兄離滬是為免連累中國眾教會，葉弟兄與數位弟兄（含蔡 X）交通，蔡 X 親口說“快快離開上海”。
When circumstances became increasingly difficult in 2019, Brother Ye left Shanghai in an effort to avoid bringing further difficulty upon churches throughout China. Brother Ye communicated with several brothers, including Cai X, and according to Brother Ye, Cai X personally told him, “Leave Shanghai as quickly as possible.”
3、葉弟兄走後，非蔡擺平，乃主掌管；當時邵弟兄帶領、睢弟兄擔負事務，有目共睹。
After Brother Ye left, it was not Cai X who ultimately “settled” the situation. Rather, the circumstances remained under the Lord’s sovereign care. At that time, Brother Shao took the lead, while Brother Sui carried responsibility for practical matters, as many people witnessed.
4、葉弟兄走後，蔡 X 爭領上海教會，推交通路會所租用，勞民傷財、聖徒怨聲載道、並且觸政策紅線，有目共睹。
After Brother Ye’s departure, Cai X sought greater leadership over the church in Shanghai and promoted the rental of a meeting place on Jiaotong Road. According to the account presented, this resulted in significant financial and practical burdens, generated dissatisfaction among some of the saints, and raised concerns regarding the applicable policy environment at the time.

五、關於“2022 年設長老，葉當年為何促成”

蔡 X 說法：若 2013 已知 ZXX 有問題，2022 為何極力促請 ZXX 來、設長老？自相矛盾。

3、葉弟兄與蔣弟兄的服事原則：從零開始！傳福音、照顧人、培養人；禱告求主顯聖靈工作，不空降掌控。
The ministry principle shared by Brother Ye and Brother Jiang was: “Start from zero.” This meant preaching the gospel, caring for people, raising up believers, and praying for the Lord to manifest the work of the Holy Spirit, rather than bringing people in from outside and attempting to exercise control through appointed positions.
4、蔡多次暗示想進核心團隊，葉弟兄以“家風是從零開始勞苦的原則，”回絕。蔡今顛倒黑白。
According to Brother Ye, Cai X repeatedly indicated that he wanted to become part of the core ministry team. Brother Ye declined based on the principle that the “family culture” should begin with laboring and serving from the ground up. Brother Ye therefore believes that the events of that period are now being presented in a way that reverses what actually occurred.

6. Regarding the Claim That “Brother Ye Introduced Sister He Li to ZXX for Marriage”
蔡 X 說法：若 2013 知 ZXX 有問題，葉為何還介紹何莉談婚事？是葉的問題非 ZXX。
Cai X has argued that if Brother Ye already knew about problems involving ZXX in 2013, why would Brother Ye have introduced Sister He Li to ZXX for marriage? He therefore suggests that the problem was with Brother Ye rather than ZXX.

2、當時，曉華姊妹常在聚完會後備好小米粥，請何莉服侍ZXX，此事 眾人皆知。
At that time, Sister Xiaohua would often prepare millet porridge after the meetings and ask Sister He Li to serve ZXX. According to the account presented, this was known among many of those involved.
3、蔡 X 編造謊言，說成葉弟兄促成，意在將 ZXX 犯罪轉嫁葉弟兄。

蔡 X 說法：若 ZXX 有問題，台北早該紛擾；有名望的林弟兄還去看他，故無事。
Cai X has argued that if there were serious problems involving ZXX, Taipei would have experienced significant disturbance by now. He also pointed to the fact that a well-known brother, Brother Lin, visited ZXX as evidence that there was no serious problem.

According to Brother Ye, when Brother Lin first learned of the alleged sexual misconduct involving ZXX, Brother Lin told him that ZXX’s ministry should be rejected.
2、一周后，ZXX 邀林弟兄赴港講訓，給講台、威望、奉獻包，林弟兄就改口說大衛犯罪仍作王為例，他也說保羅對提摩太（提前 3:2）講的那句話，說：“一個婦人的丈夫沒有錯啊，他現在結婚了，是一個婦人的丈夫。” 葉弟兄問以前的那幾位呢？林弟兄答：這是以前的事，不算。
According to Brother Ye’s account, approximately one week later ZXX invited Brother Lin to Hong Kong to give training. ZXX reportedly provided him with a speaking platform, recognition, and an offering package. Brother Ye says that Brother Lin subsequently changed his position and used David’s sin and continued reign as an example. He also referred to Paul’s statement in 1 Timothy 3:2 concerning being “the husband of one wife,” saying in substance that because ZXX was now married, he could be regarded as such. When Brother Ye asked about the women involved previously, Brother Lin reportedly replied that those were matters from the past and therefore did not count.
3、葉弟兄看清其“為利混亂神的道”（林後 2:17），後離台北遷高雄，故暫未外傳。
Brother Ye understood this as an example of the danger described in 2 Corinthians 2:17—of handling or distorting the Word of God for personal gain. Afterward, Brother Ye left Taipei and moved to Kaohsiung, and according to his account, the matter did not immediately spread more widely.
4、台中、高雄的負責弟兄知道 ZXX 淫亂的事情以後，就拒絕工作的打發，他們也說，ZXX 若是不公開悔改，我們就不會再跟 ZXX 有任何的交通。
According to the information presented, after the responsible brothers in Taichung and Kaohsiung learned of the alleged sexual misconduct involving ZXX, they declined further ministry assignments from him. They also stated that unless ZXX publicly repented, they would no longer have fellowship or further ministry contact with him.
5、所以，人已經犯了罪又不肯悔改，還在那裡辯駁、捏造謊言、轉移目標來攻擊葉弟兄。那些想要被重用的人就被迷惑而讓大家注意葉弟兄，而不注意 ZXX 的犯罪，所以這都是撒旦的詭計，親愛的弟兄姊妹們！要很清楚ZXX 的背後有一個撒旦的勢力在控制他。
Therefore, if a person has committed serious wrongdoing and refuses to repent, yet continues to argue, deny, shift the focus, or attack the person who raises the concerns, the church must exercise great caution. Those who desire greater recognition or responsibility may be influenced to focus attention on Brother Ye rather than on the underlying allegations concerning ZXX. Dear brothers and sisters, we must therefore exercise careful spiritual discernment and be alert to the spiritual dangers that may be operating behind these matters.

八、關於“海南房子花多少錢”
8. Regarding “How Much Was Spent on the Properties in Hainan?”
蔡 X 說法：ZXX 投資弟開賓館、侄開商場，早年賣樓夠花；海南房兩處重蓋共 600 多萬，非傳言 5000 萬；蔡 X 曾勸勿蓋。
Cai X has stated that ZXX had sufficient financial resources because an investor associated with him operated a hotel, his nephew operated a shopping center, and ZXX had previously sold real estate. He further stated that rebuilding two properties in Hainan cost more than six million RMB, rather than the much larger amount that had allegedly been rumored. Cai X also stated that he had advised ZXX not to proceed with the construction.

2、那位“手沒碰”的姊妹（原是按摩師傅）曾對一位年長姊妹說：2006 年 ZXX 被隔離時都是她在陪同，為其解決前列腺問題與男性需要。
Regarding the woman who was said to have been “never touched,” she was reportedly a massage therapist. According to the account presented, she told an older sister that during ZXX’s period of isolation in 2006, she was the person who stayed with him and assisted him with prostate-related problems and what was described as his personal male needs.
3、2019 年 ZXX 與何莉傳出婚訊後，該姊妹赴克利夫蘭特會；結束前 ZXX 支開葉弟兄與 G 姊妹，單獨給其支票（傳 10–20 萬美金），（聽說 ZXX 替她購公寓付頭款。）
After news emerged in 2019 that ZXX and Sister He Li were going to marry, this woman reportedly attended a conference in Cleveland. Before the conference ended, ZXX allegedly arranged for Brother Ye and Sister G to leave and then gave the woman a personal check reportedly in the range of $100,000–$200,000. There is also a report that ZXX helped her purchase an apartment and paid the down payment.
4、若“手沒碰”而給巨款、房產，理不合。蔡 X 甘被欺哄並傳揚，顯其“口頭生命、行為另一套”。
If there truly had been no physical relationship whatsoever, yet substantial financial gifts and property arrangements occurred, those circumstances at minimum warrant careful examination rather than being dismissed simply by saying, “I never touched her.” The concern raised is that words and actions should be examined together rather than separately.

10. Regarding the Claim That “Brother Ye Cannot Provide the Names, So the Allegations Cannot Be Verified”
蔡 X 說法：問過葉弟兄，不講；要聯繫方式不給，無從判別。“你說的這些姊妹，到底是誰？”
Cai X has stated that he asked Brother Ye for the names of the women involved, but Brother Ye would not provide them. He also said that without contact information there was no way to verify the allegations, asking, “Who exactly are these women you are talking about?”

2、另外，國內多人反映：ZXX 攜何莉未結婚即同居，與其教訓相悖，亦屬說一套、做一套。

十一、關於“不能撤使徒、不能撤長老”
11. Regarding the Claim That “An Apostle or Elder Cannot Be Removed”
蔡 X 說法：使徒長老是神設，人無權撤；……
Cai X has argued that apostles and elders are appointed by God and therefore cannot be removed by human beings.

1、ZXX 犯淫亂而不悔改，本非真使徒；所以，他所設的長老亦不成立。

The legitimacy of appointments made under his authority should likewise be examined in light of Scripture.
2、蔡 X 言“不撤銷”是因自己想做長老，卻說“願做普通弟兄”，話術欺哄。
Brother Ye believes that Cai X’s position concerning “not removing” such appointments should also be considered in light of his reported desire to become an elder while at the same time saying that he was willing to remain an ordinary brother. Rather than relying on assumptions about anyone’s motives, the church should examine the actual words, actions, and circumstances involved.

1、凡在 ZXX 工作編制內：全職同工、盼被重用者、被封長老職位者、被幼稚道理欺哄者，皆自然維護 ZXX、打擊葉弟兄。此乃是結黨、分門別類、排除異己。

Our struggle is not ultimately against Cai X or ZXX as individuals, but against the spiritual darkness and forces of evil that may be operating behind these matters. Dear brothers and sisters, may we stand firm in the Lord, carefully discern all things in light of the truth, and ask the Lord to give us courage, wisdom, and spiritual discernment to recognize what is true and what merely appears to be true. May the Lord have mercy upon His church and preserve His people in truth, love, and righteousness.
