They are selling the low yield bond to borrow the others' money. As long as they still have the ability to create "crises" elsewhere, they believe that the others will be too scared and willing to 破财消灾。
I just finished reading John Perkins's two books. He talked about three level of the Empire tactics. EHM(Economic Hit Men), Jackals and Military. There are a lot of very smart brains here. |
