the market value does not really mean every share of that company will worthe the price of last trade.

So it is simply an imaginary number.

Let's put it this way. The market is simply a ponzi scheme. the owner of the company sold their share for cash. And they all take the money out to buy houses, cars and boats. that money is gone. The only money came in are 401k money. Now suppose everybody want to get out. Where will be the money come from to take over these bags? My answer is no money. right now they are just trying to use as little money as possible to pump this market up.
