The McCain campaign has no immediate plans for TV ads promoting the selection of Sarah Palin as runningmate. They weren’t able to cut a spot in time to make weekend rotations and they can only spend primary money until he is nominated on Wednesday.

McCain’s pick has had the biggest impact to date on his fundraising.

Aides say he raised nearly four million dollars today without a specific fundraiser (thru internet and direct contributions)
