世尊。我從今日至未來際。若於菩薩乘人。慳親友家及諸利養。惱彼身心令其逼迫。我等則為欺誑如來。

"Venerable One, from now on and until the end of the future, if we have a stingy heart towards fellow practitioners, family or benefactors, and harm their bodies and minds, or oppress them, due to our stinginess or for the sake of personal gain, then we deceive the Tathagata."

This is a vow taken by practitioners of Buddhism, in which they pledge not to harm others, especially fellow practitioners, family, and benefactors, out of stinginess or personal gain. It emphasizes the importance of compassion and non-harm in the Buddhist path and the importance of not deceiving the Tathagata, which refers to the Buddha.
