說說帖照片。。。

大眼睛一號頭腦向來很清楚，但有時PG會坐錯地方。當然是否“坐錯”可以置疑，
我主要想說的是，頭腦明白而PG錯誤，是客觀存在的現象，我也一樣，誰都一樣。

不過大眼睛一號也承認是有人“鑽了空子”，做了沒有底線令人不恥的事，這後半
句是我加的。

如果我受到像土豆姐那樣的對待，我肯定把白菜告上法庭。從邏輯上講，問題並不
在於照片有沒有版權，而在於她拿別人的照片做了什麼。

另外白菜確實違法了，因為這不是第一次，所以不存在“重新發個聲明”這個前提。

其實大眼睛一號轉的這段文字末尾也講得很清楚了：

 Assume that Online Content is Protected by Copyright

To start your research, you should assume that all online images are protected
by copyright. Then do your research to determine if the image you want to
use actually requires permission. For example, images and photographs in
the public domain do not require permission. Is there a Creative Commons
license attached to the image or photograph that permits limited or unlimited
use of that image without communicating with the copyright owner? Are there
terms of use attached to the image or photograph? If so, read the terms
of use or copyright information to see whether the illustrator or photographer
allows you to use the image or photo for certain purposes without obtaining
permission from him. If you do not see such permission clearly indicated,
then you need to obtain permission before using the image or photo.

儘管這是對CC license而言的，但文中已經提到“to see whether the illustrator
or photographer allows you to use the image or photo for certain purposes”。

鑑於白菜不止一次拿別人母親的照片來侮辱，而且受到當事人白紙黑字的譴責（不
止一人有備案。），這等於聲明再這樣隨意考備別人母親的照片本身就是違法的，
更不要說“to use the image or photo for certain purposes”了。

白菜把美國當成中國了，一點法治觀念都沒有，我早就說過了，總有一天她連房子
都可能輸掉。

白菜總以為自己在玩別人，其實你那兩下子差太遠了，因為你自己總得陪進去滿地
打滾，所以只能說你把自己玩慘了，以騙自己為聰明的人，我還真沒見過，實在不
值得。

沒我啥事啊，都別咬我。還有王地主，你給我住嘴。

大眼睛一號和土豆姐，實在沒有必要為了白菜傷了和氣，白菜自有跟着白菜轉的傻
瓜們伺候着。
