I thought Prof. Rao is better than this.
I am not sure if China changed him, or he has been this type of person all along. "中國的學術圈一直就有勾結、內鬥和不把主要精力放在學術研究上的“光榮傳統”，誰要是想把美國制度、競爭機制引入進來，有多少既得利益者會阻撓反對，可想而知---" ? Sounds very much like CCP's voice - if there is any different voice, there must be some foreign "black hands"; If there is any different way, there must be "a small fraction". |
