China still needs to feed 1.3 billion people including 150 to 250 million migrant labors working in bad conditions, 200 million people living in poverty, and most of them have no ideas about environmental issues. I don’t see how we can discuss good practice in environment protection and energy saving with them. Don’t expect them to get much involved in. Millions of them work ten hours per day, six or seven days per weeks, switching jobs a few times per year.
