事實上， 真實情況是： 2017年10月， 中共十九大報告把堅持推動構建人類命運共同體寫入新修改的《中國共產黨章程》。

2017年10月，“構建人類命運共同體”寫入中國共產黨黨章。  2018年3月11日， “構建人類命運共同體”寫入中華人民共和國憲法序言。
