昨天第一次去學校參加faculty meeting (系裡要求adjunct faculty也要參加
monthly meeting) ，會上一下就說起了杜克考試抄襲醜聞。老美教授都知道
作弊者大多為中國學生，隱諱地說這是否與different cultural background
有關。。。在坐的中國faculty面色難看，沒人發言。

我忍不住，直率而言:“I disagree with this! There’s no cultural role
in this incident. Plagiarism is plagiarism, no matter who did it and
what culture he comes from. I received my undergraduate education
in China, and, we were lessened plagiarism is absolutely unacceptable
and there’s zero tolerance on this behavior at that time. I don’t
know what’s the situation over there now, but, to me, there shall be
no ground for plagiarism in any culture. If you claim plagiarism is
part of your culture, then stay with it and don’t bring it to here,
please!” 我反正是個adjunct faculty，不在乎別人看我是個楞頭青。

這幫無恥的中國學生別犯我手裡，有一個抓一個，絕不留情！
