I thought I already responded to you on this particular aspect:

1. Your accusation is groundless and unjustified. First, my careful search of the 27 highest cited papers of EG Wang contained only ONE single joint paper with Zhang ZY. This is a very insignificant fraction. Please do not take the credits from the hard-working Chinese scientist to that "american" (in your wording).

2. Of the 27 most highly cited papers of EG Wang (those contributing to his h factor), a majority of them were based on the experimental work done by his hard working students and associates in his Beijing lab. Representative accomplishments include the experimental discoveries of nanobells and nanocones, two new and intriguing xxxxs of nanostructures. You might not know that the international scientific community rightly attributes the discoveries of both types of nanostructures to Wang, as reflected in the citation when he was elected to the Fellowship of the American Physical Society. see: http://www.aps.org/programs/honors/fellowships/2006-fellows.cfm. You might know that XC Ma was the main student who discovered the nanobells, and GY Zhang discovered the nano cones, and both completed their doctoral thesis research under the guidance of EG Wang in Beijing. Again, it is extremely unfair to simply toss all those significant scientific accomplishments of those Chinese students and their advisor to his oversea collaborators.

3. Again, if you check the highest cited papers of the few relatively young scientists who have recently been elected to the Chinese Academy of Sciences, you will notice that most of those high impact publications involved certain degrees of interactional collaborations. Nevertheless, this observation does not diminish the fact that those outstanding scientists are highly repected scholars by their peers both inside and outside China.

Please devote your effort and energy to achieve high in your scholarly research so that someday you could join the elite group, rather than trying to stand tall by first bringing them down with such attacks in the dark.
