an educated Chinese according to your definition. The point is that one
should show his care and respect to those who are fighting their way up
from the bottom.

Take the Chinese policy on education as an example. The head of the
Chineses education commission has been promoting the terrible idea of
the money-making enterprise for the Chinese education system, kicking
the poor Chinese kids out of schools. What will these poor kids do when
they grow up and have the opportunity to revenge against those
educated? Do you expect your victims to treat you as their friends?
