我的理解：編委廣泛地討論了你的稿件，對評審報告的看法有分歧。但編委的退稿決定和評審報告無關。 。。。。
請問我的理解對不對？我寫信給 Gerard
't Hooft，說我完全能駁倒評審人的批評，修改後能否重新投稿，他老先生不理睬。很是不服氣。
