Science needs proper crediting where credit is due. The problem is that Zhou's great contribution to general relativity is not correctly recognized even in China because nobody in an authority position understands his work. The letters are to call the attention of the academic community, especially the Chinese community, on Zhou's achievements. I want the Chinese Community to understand that academic achievement is not a product of foriegn recognition as now prevailingly practiced and probably believed.

The dependence of foreign recognition will forever keep the Chinese as second class citizen in science. Thus, it must be changed to liberate the creativity of the Chinese people. I believe that a good way is to let people know about issues and have discussions.

My papers are well-documented in Journals and preprint library. They can be found in the INTERNET. Therefore, there is little need to have a pesonal website. Besides, I am too busy to do this.

I am well-known already in the field. My views have gone through the examinations of the professional referees. I have done this for at least 15 years, and I am progressing very well. The INTERNET may not be the best place for certain academic discussions, but is a very good place to call pubic attention of some issues. It is up to the news media to make the public know the issues.

Science is based on evidence and facts. The approval of authorities may not be necessary because their approval is at most a good reference some times. If it is futile to solicite the sympathy from "big" guys, this is their problem not mine. For instance, I did not ask for sympathy from Yang, but I do want him as well as the public to be aware of his mistakes. Note that I did not communicate with him for more than ten years.
