I suppose you have good arguments to support your theory, but a new and good theory needs more than a few letters.
The best way is to xxxx your work to refereed journals to see how colleagues look at your ideas. In addition, to increase the publicity and safeguard the priority, you should set up a web page to give a full exposition of your theory.
It's futile for you to solicite the sympathy from big guys. They just don't believe you or simply have no time or interest to go through your things carefully.
If you have a web page, many interested people will go there and express their opinions. If you really have some good points, you'll be recognized. If you have mistakes, they will also point out and help you move forward.
Also, you don't have to mention Zhou. He is dead for years. He didn't do much significant to physics. You just do science on behalf of yourself, rather than of others, right?
