endorsement of that particular CAM therapy, practice,or product or,
unless specified otherwise, as an agency determination that a particular
product is safe and effective for its intended uses or is safe for use.），
大概就是料到了可能會有騙子要拿這份文件騙人。中國中醫科學院陳可冀院士是
因為英文水平太差看不懂這份文件，還是有意造謠欺騙國人？這是不是再次證明
了中醫的“國際地位”是靠謊言打造的？"

Please also read carefully! There are words saying "unless specified otherwise," at the end of the sentence, which refers to "traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic medicine."

However, I agree that the traditional Chinese medicine need be more systematic and more scientific. Have idea and suggestion on improving the system and scientific process will be much helpful than critic at the time for our Chinses people.
