I have made a preliminary assessment of your manuscript submitted as a Comment to Physical Review A. Based on this assessment, I regret to say that we do not find your paper suitable for publication in this journal. Although there is no definite time limit, the Comment-and-Reply format is intended for the discussion of relatively recent papers, and its usefulness declines as papers become older. In the extreme case, the original authors may no longer be available to write a Reply. In the present case, the original paper by Einstein et al. is 77 years old. For this reason, the Comment format is not appropriate, and so your paper is rejected.
