我的理解：编委广泛地讨论了你的稿件，对评审报告的看法有分歧。但编委的退稿决定和评审报告无关。 。。。。
请问我的理解对不对？我写信给 Gerard
't Hooft，说我完全能驳倒评审人的批评，修改后能否重新投稿，他老先生不理睬。很是不服气。
