要證明systemic 的確不容易， 正如昨天討論， 必須拿出所有的州縣都有fraud的證據。基本不太可能。我早說過， 共和黨內有能幹的人去查舞弊，而作弊方同樣也不都是蠢材， 打算作弊的也會先設計預演被查時的答案。
而barr的這段話，不同的人會有不同的解讀。
皮教授的解讀。老闆你讓我查舞弊， 我看你下， 沒發現多少證據， 你硬要我拿出證據，我只好辭職走路， 你愛咋玩咋玩。
另外也可解讀為，已閱一些fraud報告，查證fraud 也的確是我們各級政府需要認真查以保證選舉的可信。但我老了， 還有妻小兒孫，我已經為你掃蕩了民主黨無恥埋下的通俄門地雷，這次我不能為你躺這渾水了。你已經干不少大票的事，祝福你接着幹下去，成則進， 敗則退罷了。
