就想我剛才說的，改變CONSTRAINTS 是一個方法。就跟改變目標一樣。But it doesnt mean constraints are always changed! Same for the optimization goal.
Each person has his or her own budget, preference, time, abilities. he or she has to find out what are the limiting factors and what can be easily changed to suit his or her purpose.. my point was.. "在條件限定的情況下，最大發揮現有資源的潛能" may still not be sufficient in some case. And that's when other means have to be considered. |
