就想我刚才说的，改变CONSTRAINTS 是一个方法。就跟改变目标一样。But it doesnt mean constraints are always changed! Same for the optimization goal.
Each person has his or her own budget, preference, time, abilities. he or she has to find out what are the limiting factors and what can be easily changed to suit his or her purpose.. my point was.. "在条件限定的情况下，最大发挥现有资源的潜能" may still not be sufficient in some case. And that's when other means have to be considered. |
