Even though the Chinese Communist Party is hopeless, it will be forced to do some change. But the force won't come from its inner circle, which is already so rotten that there are no any advanced forces left, nor from the Chinese people, who have been trained to stay far away from the correct ways of thinking. As far as I can imagine, the force will come from the natural disasters with large scale of epidemic deseases included. Because of the control from the dictatorship, those disasters sure will happen to China. And each time it will be stronger and do more damage to China than the ones before. Let's just wish it won't be too late for the Party to start reforming at that time.
