You may goto the Asian Food Center at Plainsboro to get a copy of local chinese news paper, there are a lot chinese restaurant listed there.

There is very good chinese restaurant in Princeton Shopping Center, and another one called Yaya Noodle on Rt 206 North (just pass the cross of CR 518).
