should not be excluded from the duty of a Christian. However, there are a few strings attached:

1.    The responsibility (and law) are our bondage which guide us to the Grace, Christ;
   

2.  Our responsibility is in the process of 成聖.

3. true prayer will lead to true action and conversion.
